Description

Viking’s Mechanical Timer controls a 15-55 second water flow to a Viking Bowl dispenser for feeding solid or powdered chemicals into pot and pan sinks and bus pans. This combo can be ordered with or without the Bowl / Timer mounting bracket – a stainless steel bracket that eliminates the need to drill four additional holes for the mechanical timer mounting by utilizing the two mounting holes on the left side of the Viking Bowl. A perfect combination for timed pot and pan/silver soak product dispensing.
