Dry Detergent & Rinse Control System
The Viking Pro 3 is a 2-product, liquid rinse & powdered/solid detergent probe-controlled ware wash dispenser for high-temperature dish machines. The Pro 3 can be ordered with two internal transformers, one internal transformer, and a pressure switch or as an external transformer unit and is always used with a Viking Bowl.
Optional 480-volt transformers are available (for two internal units only).
