The Viking Pro 5 DP is a Dry detergent, Rinse, and sanitizer System—probe-controlled ware wash dispenser for high-temp dish machines. The Pro 5 can be ordered with two internal transformers, two internal transformers, and a pressure switch or as an external transformer unit.
